Debbie helped us sell our condo at Timberlake Village. Then we started what I thought would be a long process to find a new condo. We are in our 70’s and needed a complex with an elevator, which is not easy to find. She was very patient with us while looking at several condos more than once. One came on the market at Monarch Cove that she called us about immediately. We made the trip to the lake to see it and knew this was “the one”. She helped with painters, tile places, and anyone we needed services from. She was awesome. We just finished getting moved into it and Debbie has been to see it.
